Romans 12:1–2

A Living Sacrifice

zI appeal to you therefore, brothers,1 by the mercies of God, ato present your bodies bas a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.2 cDo not be conformed to this world,3 but be transformed by dthe renewal of your mind, that by testing you may ediscern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.4


2 Corinthians 10:5–6

We destroy arguments and qevery lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to robey Christ, sbeing ready to punish every disobedience, twhen your obedience is complete.


Colossians 2:8

See to it that no one takes you captive by nphilosophy and oempty deceit, according to phuman tradition, according to the qelemental spirits1 of the world, and not according to Christ.
