He ogives the barren woman a home,

making her the joyous mother of children.

Psalm 127:3

Behold, bchildren are a heritage from the Lord,

cthe fruit of the womb a reward.


Psalm 128:3

Your wife will be like ia fruitful vine

within your house;

your children will be like jolive shoots

around your table.


Proverbs 31:27–31

27  She looks well to the ways of her household

and does not eat the bread of idleness.

28  Her children rise up and call her blessed;

her husband also, and he praises her:

29  Many jwomen have done kexcellently,

but you surpass them all.

30  lCharm is deceitful, and beauty is vain,

but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.

31  Give her of the fruit of her hands,

and let her works praise her in the gates.


Titus 2:3–5

qOlder women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, rnot slanderers sor slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, tpure, uworking at home, kind, and vsubmissive to their own husbands, wthat the word of God may not be reviled.
