21  “Hear this, ⁱO foolish and senseless people,

^jwho have eyes, but see not,

who have ears, but hear not.

10  ^qTo whom shall I speak and give warning,

that they may hear?

^rBehold, their ears are uncircumcised,

^sthey cannot listen;

behold, ^tthe word of the Lord is to them an object of scorn;

they take no pleasure in it.
