Abraham’s Death and His Descendants

1 Abraham took another wife, whose name was Keturah. 2 ^lShe bore him Zimran, Jokshan, Medan, Midian, Ishbak, and Shuah.

6 But to the sons of his concubines Abraham gave gifts, and while he was still living he ⁿsent them away from his son Isaac, eastward ^oto the east country.

Sarah’s Death and Burial

1 Sarah lived 127 years; these were the years of the life of Sarah.

17 Then Abraham ^efell on his face ^fand laughed and said to himself, “Shall a child be born to a man who is a hundred years old? Shall Sarah, who is ninety years old, bear a child?”
