Judges 3:1

pNow these are the nations that the Lord left, to test Israel by them, that is, all in Israel who had not experienced all the wars in Canaan.


Judges 3:4

They were for rthe testing of Israel, to know whether Israel would obey the commandments of the Lord, which he commanded their fathers by the hand of Moses.


Exodus 15:25

25 And he dcried to the Lord, and the Lord showed him a log,1 and he ethrew it into the water, and the water became sweet.

There the Lord2 made for them a statute and a rule, and there he ftested them,


Deuteronomy 8:2

And you shall remember the whole way that the Lord your God has led you wthese forty years in the wilderness, that he might humble you, xtesting you yto know what was in your heart, zwhether you would keep his commandments or not.


Deuteronomy 8:16

16 who fed you in the wilderness with omanna that your fathers did not know, that he might humble you and test you, pto do you good in the end.


Deuteronomy 13:3

you shall not listen to the words of that prophet or that dreamer of dreams. For the Lord your God sis testing you, to know whether you love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
