Exodus 9:33

33 So Moses went out of the city from Pharaoh and mstretched out his hands to the Lord, and the thunder and the hail ceased, and the rain no longer poured upon the earth.


Ezra 9:5

And at the nevening sacrifice I rose from my fasting, with my garment kand my cloak torn, and fell upon my knees oand spread out my hands to the Lord my God,


Isaiah 1:15

15  When you gspread out your hands,

I will hide my eyes from you;

heven though you make many prayers,
